The 12^th night of the Henley Living Advent marks the half way point of this year's Living Advent, and what a wonderful night it was. Our venue for the evening was the Best of Henley offices, behind Stuart Turner's and the Henley College, in the centre of the town. Another hidden gem, that you may never been to before, and home to several local businesses, such as Jonathan Coles Lighting Design who had the most amazing lights in their studio, a must see for anyone wanting to brighten up their home or office.

Next to the Best of Henley offices, the treasure trove that is Lawlor's Bakery, full to the brim of Christmas gems and cakes galore. Another must see if you are wanting some treats for the Christmas period. On arrival, the evening's guests were welcomed with hot mulled cider, and a selection of cakes and mince pies from Lawlor's.

Behind last evening's calendar window, was the cast from The Kenton Theatre, who performed a section of their pantomime 'Aladdin'. This went down very well with the audience, and certainly got them in the Christmas spirit. After the festivities, Julie Perigo, organiser of the Living Advent, and Phil and Gillian Chappell from the Best of Henley drew the raffle. This evening's prizes were a £50 voucher from Best of Henley, and a family photo shoot from Barrett and Coe Caversham.
