Double dose of festive Razzamataz

Double dose of festive Razzamataz

Night 2 of the Living Advent took everyone to the Regal Picturehouse where the audience were treated to delicious pre-cinema Italian cuisine by partners for the evening Strada. Fundraising for the night was for Bishopswood Special School.

The ‘surprise performance’ took the form of a screening of a short film made especially for the Living Advent by Razzamataz Theatre Schools, comprising of a number of seasonal favourities. A number of the children who featured in the film were in the audience to experience the thrill of seeing themselves on the ‘big screen’, as were their proud parents.

With capacity at the cinema limited, those who weren’t able to make the screening at the Regal Picturehouse were ushered to the courtyard at Hotel du Vin where an outside screen had been erected for a separate viewing in festive surroundings, marking two firsts for the Living Advent in the process (two simultaneous performances at different locations, and ‘outdoor cinema’).

Next, it’s time for something completely different again, as the Living Advent returns to the impromptu stage of Early Rider, where GPC Marketing will be hosting and the embodiment of Living Advent festive cheers, Lawlors Bakery, will be partnering. Something very special awaits behind the 3rd Advent door, and Bishopswood Special School will be fundraising on the night again.
