A huge crowd packed into the lower end of Hart Street on Christmas Eve, for the finale to the year's event, As has become a tradition in itself, the audience were treated to traditional carols including "Away in a Manger" and "Hark the Herald Angel Sings".

The night raised funds for the charities supported by the Mayor, who distributed mince pies to the crowd. Henley Music School, Mencap and Nomad all benefited.

The occasion saw more raised for the good causes than on any of the previous 215 Living Advent performances, and meant the event had set a new record total for the month of £7,369.70, in excess of 25% more than the previous record total in 2017!
