A large audience packed into the d:two, the Baptist Church for the 13^th night of the event. The night served as a fundraiser for the Ukrainian Lunch Club which meets every Tuesday at the Church, and for relief in Ukraine generally.

After a welcome from Richard Rodway, Jeremy Bray, Minister at d:two, compered the evenings performances, with the common theme of the war and suffering Ukraine.

The audience were treated to a performance from a choir of Ukrainian women, including Carol Of The Bells, before Jeremy Bray led the church by candle light with renditions of Silent Night and O Holy Night.

It was a moving and special night. With no fewer than 16 (sixteen!) raffle prizes, and some delicious Ukrainian biscuits and cakes, and warm apple drink to boot, the audience gave very generously, raising far more than on any previous Living Advent visit to the church at over £400.00.
