A happy crowd braved the rain at The Bull in Bell Street. Warmed by the mulled wine and Christmas tidbits they listened to a delightful selection of loved plus lesser-known Christmas music. Partners for the evening were County Douglas Law.

Last evening's festivities took place at the Henley Youth Centre, which is also one of the beneficiary charities this year, along with Oceans Project, Poppy Appeal, and Regatta for the Disabled. The venue was teamed up with In the Groove records, who were providing the nibbles, and entertainment was from the tap dancing Stageworks Ltd.

Friday the 13^th of December, and our first day of rain, not bad going at all for a winter event! Didn't dampen the spirits though, we had a wonderful turn out and have yet again raised over £2000 this week for the four local charities benefiting from the 2013 Henley Living Advent Calendar. Come along to meet one of the charities today at the Henley Youth Centre.
