Living Advent Calendar 2022
Night #12 saw the audience congregate in the courtyard of The Relais. A new venue to the event (albeit the event did visit the venue in it’s previous guise of The Red Lion in 2011 / 2012). It was also the first time that a Living Advent performance was staged in the snow, with a light dusting still covering the courtyard from the previous night’s snowfall, and adding to the festive ambiance. The audience who assembled in Trinity Hall were treated to a special night for night #11. Another new venue to the event, the hall was beautifully lit to create a very special atmosphere. The audience were also treated to warm mulled cider and gingerbread men and cake courtesy of the night’s partners Experience Henley.
At 6:15 p.m. Henley Music School treated the audience to a beautiful solo performance before a range of performances followed from members of the School and the Youthful Orchestra...
Day #10 saw the audience gather in the Menza Café at Henley Rugby Club. Henley Manor Care home had provided lots of delicious festive cakes and big screens were ready to show the epic England vs France game straight after the show, in the hope of making it a bumper celebration of a night
The night’s supported charity was Parkinsons UK. At 6:15 p.m. as usual, Richard Rodway unveiled the night’s surprise performer. Habitual favourite 6 piece band Highly Strung...
